Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high-quality original, previously unpublished, experimental or theoretical research papers for presentation at the conference. Articles submitted to the conference must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The paper should strictly follow the paper template given below. Papers should be written in English and must contain a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
The paper will be peer reviewed by domain experts from the respective tracks and by the Technical Program Committee. Authors should submit their papers through Microsoft CMT. Kindly do not submit the paper multiple times, as it may lead to cancellation of the submission.

Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and will not be tolerated. The conference team will check the plagiarism level of all submitted papers using iThenticate to ensure originality. The acceptable similarity limit is 30%, including references.
All papers submitted to ICDCECE-2027 will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by domain experts and the Technical Program Committee, with authors’ and reviewers’ identities kept confidential. Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, significance, relevance, and clarity, and only those meeting the conference quality requirements will be accepted for presentation and publication.
ICDCECE-2027 strictly follows the IEEE No-Show Policy, requiring at least one author of every accepted paper to attend the conference and present the paper in person at the physical venue. Online, virtual, pre-recorded, or proxy presentations are not permitted unless specially approved by IEEE, and papers not presented as required may be excluded from submission to IEEE Xplore and other indexing databases.
Authors may use AI tools for limited purposes such as language improvement, grammar correction, and formatting, but remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their manuscripts. AI tools must not be listed as authors or used to fabricate or manipulate data, results, references, or other scientific content. Any AI-generated content must be disclosed where required by applicable IEEE policies. Non-compliance with AI and publication-ethics requirements may result in rejection or withdrawal of the paper.
